Most of the companies within the Thera Group provide direct support to people with a learning disability. They are not run to make a profit. This means that any extra money is used to make people's support better or to provide more support.

The Quality Company, however, is a profit making company. People with a learning disability are employed by The Quality Company and can be shareholders and can share in the success of the work that they do.
