• The relief of persons with learning disabilities, their families and carers in particular but not exclusively by the provision of support services including services in the support of residential, respite and other suitable forms of care, support, education and work opportunities, and by the promotion of the awareness of the needs of such persons; and
• The promotion of the effective use of charitable resources for the benefit of the public by the provision of services to organisations involved in the relief of persons with learning disabilities, their families and carers.
