Your support will be designed by you to meet your individual needs.
Your first point of contact will be one of our New Support Advisors. They arrange to visit you at home or in another location of your choice.
Our first meeting will be an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to ask any questions.
We will create a personalised support plan and a quote for how much this will cost.
