As a new member of staff you will undertake a comprehensive induction and training programme. Every year you will undertake a full programme of mandatory training to ensure you are able to keep your skills up-to-date. We also offer you the opportunity of professional training, training in leadership and management, and NVQ's (levels 2, 3, 4) in social care.
