Thera is a group of companies that support adults with a learning disability in their own home, at work, in their local community and for short breaks.
Thera has a comprehensive set of processes to provide management information and reporting.
Aspects of this information, as appropriate (for example annual and quarterly reports in line with contractual requirements) are made available to individuals and purchasers, to provide an external check on the quality of the organisations services.
Thera companies actively support individuals to grant access to commissioners and other external agencies as appropriate, to their homes to talk about their support to ensure delivery of the contract to the standards required.
Thera Trust is regulated by the Charity Commission.
Each Thera company that provides direct care and support is registered with the Care Quality Commission in England and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland - for the provision of domiciliary care/support at home.
Each Thera Company is inspected individually to check that they meet the required standards.
We are also regulated by the Health and Safety Executive.
