Thera is good at agreeing contracts with individuals and social services which meet the needs of each individual being supported.

Thera makes sure that its contracts for support focus first and foremost on the people it is to be supporting. Thera has agreed a range of innovative contractual arrangements, which are sufficiently flexible to meet the needs of each individual being supported, whilst fitting the requirements of commissioning partners and regulators.
