We are here to help you become more confident and improve your physical and mental health, so you can reach your full potential and/or take steps towards employment.

We can support you to take part in run a range of physical activities in Camden and neighbouring boroughs or take part in our Adult Community Learning Programme.

We can also help you to develop practical skills so you can live a truly independent life – this may include setting up a bank account or email address, managing your own money, cooking healthy meals, using public transport or coping with stress.
