She works in the Investment Group across all stages of the investment process from origination, deal execution through monitoring of the portfolio. Since she joined Big Society Capital in 2012, she has at various points worked in health and social care, criminal justice and employment.
She is passionate about enabling the delivery of social impact by charities and social enterprises, and she sits on the Boards of Thera Trust and Pact Futures CIC.
She brings her international financial experience to the team, having worked for Enclude (formerly ShoreBank International) and in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs in New York and London. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and two degrees from MIT.
