Keeping fit and having fun at home
When we can’t go out it is important to make sure we do some exercise and keep fit. What ways do you like to keep fit? Can you do them at home, or in the garden?
One good way is to join in with a workout you can see online. That is like going to an exercise class, but you see the class on the screen of your computer or phone. Don’t worry if you can’t do all the exercises, just do what works for you.
Another way to keep fit and have fun at home is by dancing. Perhaps you can learn a dance to your favourite song.
Do you enjoy singing? A music café for older people in Nottingham has started putting their weekly sing-a-long on the Internet every Monday.

Mindfulness and Meditation
When we cannot go out for a long time, we can sometimes get restless and anxious. To help us calm down we can do some exercise or practice mindfulness and relaxation, or both!
