Corporate partnerships

There are lots of different ways you can support us. We can help you to fulfil your corporate social responsibility agenda.

The key to any good corporate-charity partnership is a genuine, mutually beneficial partnership in which both organisations discover a real affinity for each other’s work. Long-term partnerships can provide an exciting platform for learning and creating lasting change.

No two partnerships are the same because no two charities or companies are the same! For that simple reason we don’t believe in an ‘off the shelf’ approach. If you are interested in working with Thera please contact us so that we can discuss how we can make a real impact together.

We have an incredibly varied range of work taking place across the Thera group covering key areas such as:

  • Supporting people to live a meaningful life
  • Employability skills
  • Social enterprise projects (including the employment of apprentices)
  • Social isolation
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Developing leaders with a learning disability
  • Financial advocacy

Strong partnerships lead to a charity’s work being enhanced by their corporate partner through a combination of financial support, expertise and wider social understanding of the challenges they seek to address.

The company, in return, can assess which priorities it feels a partnership can help them to achieve, be that improving their policies and procedures, developing the skills of their workforce, gaining understanding of how to support vulnerable groups or taking action in line with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
