Refer a Friend to work for Thera
Whilst working at Thera, you are eligible for our “Refer a Friend” scheme. With this, you can earn £300 for referring a friend to work for Thera.
When refer a person to Thera, you receive £150 when they start. You then receive a further £150 when they successfully pass their probationary period.

The employee benefits portal, called ‘You at Work”, enables you to enjoy many online discounts and benefits such as cash back, retailer discount codes, health cash plan and the Cycle to Work scheme.

Employee Assistance Programme
The Employee Assistance Programme is open to all members of Thera staff. It offers staff confidential advice and support to help to work through worries including home or work issues, finances, challenging situations, or medical concerns.
It is completely free and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We like to invest in the people who work for Thera and help them get the training they need to excel in their role. We’ve funded people through NVQ s at levels 2,3,and 4 in Social Care to help them progress within Thera, and achieve their goals
Skills for care accredited provider
We’re proud to say that our training has been endorsed by Skills for Care. This means that the learning and development we provide has been given a mark of quality by a well-respected external organisation. For staff, this means that learning and development that you receive is of the best quality.
Our learning facilities can be found online in our online training area, The Learning Pod. It’s a growing, valuable resource provided by our Learning and Development team for Thera staff.
