As 2020 has been a year we will never forget, this year we want you to tell us about colleagues that go above and beyond to achieve our vision and who do their best and shine; even in tough times.
You can put forward nominations for the following awards:
Inclusion Star
Tell us about someone who strives to make sure the people we support are included, respected and enabled to make choices in every aspect of their lives and contributes to Thera (Scotland)’s vision, aims and values.
Positive Star
Tell us about someone who always has a positive attitude, who brings variety to the lives of the people we support.
Rising Star
Tell us about someone who is new to the world of Social Care, who demonstrates integrity and compassion in their work.
Shining Star
Someone who through perseverance and loyalty, quietly gets on and changes lives for the better but never looks for recognition.
The nominations are for our front-line Support Workers, Relief Support workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Coordinators only. Staff can be nominated for more than one category.
There are a few different ways you can nominate your colleagues:
- Paper copies of the nomination forms should be arriving or have arrived in the house post.
- You can complete the survey on survey monkey.
Sadly, it looks very unlikely that we will be able to have a party this year so as a special thank you every person who submits a nomination will be entered into a prize draw.
There will be three prizes:
- First prize – £100 Amazon Voucher
- Second prize – £50 Amazon Voucher
- Third prize – £30 Amazon Voucher
