Action for happiness: has created monthly coping calendars with daily actions to maintain wellbeing and reduce anxiety during the lockdown period. 

Breathing Space: A confidential phoneline for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16, feeling low, anxious or depressed.

Share Community: Art activities (May Sketchbook Challenge), art videos and weekly art challenges. This website also contains other online learning resources and fun activities.

Spectropolis: Autistic people, their families, and carers can request free books from this charity which purchases a variety of autism-related books for all ages to help them understand, talk about, and celebrate their autism.

DANCE4ALL: Free dance class on Zoom for people with additional support needs (previously run at Tollcross Community Centre) every Saturday at 3 PM.
