What is a reverse jobs fair you might ask? A reverse jobs fair is an event for jobseekers/young people to showcase their skills, experience and talents, and explain to potential employers why they would be a good fit for a job role.
However, rather than employers taking the lead, it’s on the young people to host the event and set up individual stalls to highlight their skills and abilities by creating display boards to promote their skills and experience and arrange meet-and-greets with a variety of employers.
Our upcoming Reverse Jobs Fair welcomes employers to meet with neurodivergent jobseekers from our Greenwich Supported Internships and find out more about how we can support you in inclusive recruitment.
To RSVP to the event email Michael Donaghy at [email protected] and Jesamine Murray at [email protected]
