Equal Futures supports people with a learning disability and/or autism to make meaningful social connections. This Giving Tuesday, we are looking for people to give their time by signing up to become a volunteer.
Volunteering with Equal Futures not only helps you support people with a learning disability, but it can also support you to learn new skills and become more confident.
We have many volunteer roles available in Ayrshire, Edinburgh, Lothians, and Lanarkshire. Some of these roles include Volunteer Befrienders, Social Media Volunteers and Volunteer Community Fundraisers.
The Volunteer Befrienders support people with a learning disability and/or autism to make social connections. You will help the people we support to build their confidence and participate in social activities within their community.
The Social Media Volunteers support to create and maintain a strong online presence for Equal Futures. You will develop easy to read, original content and suggest creative ways to attract more online followers and promote Equal Futures.
