Thera East Midlands came together at Welbeck Hall in Nottingham to celebrate their staff and their incredible achievements over the past year. Due to the current rules around COVID-19 only the finalists were able to attend the event in person but luckily, we were able to live stream the awards to our Facebook page for everyone to be included.
It was wonderful to see staff across Thera East Midlands recognised for their contributions over the past year. You could feel the positive atmosphere in the room throughout the night! Everyone was so proud of each other’s achievements as well as their own. What a wonderful experience to be able to come together and celebrate as one!
Everyone who was watched the live stream played a big part in the event. They helped recognise everyone’s achievements and shared the positivity. Everyone’s comments on the live stream shows that staff not only support their local team but Thera East Midlands as a whole. It was lovely to see everyone supporting each other.
Simon, one of our Non-Executive Directors thanked everyone for joining us on the live stream and thanked everyone for their hard work.
The event showed just how much everyone has banded together during the last year and a half and the teams’ resilience is a real testament and asset to Thera.
Whilst we loved the live stream, we do hope that by next year we will be able to celebrate with everyone in the room!
