Amie works as a Practice Leader in Lincolnshire and in today’s blog we talk about her journey from working in a care home to her current role as a Practice Leader for Thera.
Thera East Midlands supports people with a learning disability in Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
Our vision is that people with a learning disability can be leaders.
Our Service Quality Director, Elena Frewin, makes sure that we deliver support which matches our vision. She also makes sure that people we support can have a say in how Thera East Midlands is led and managed.
