Thera East Anglia have launched a recruitment campaign in Norfolk to challenge the stigmas associated with social care.

Thera East Anglia hosted a Reverse Job Fair to break down barriers to paid employment for people with a learning disability. The event also highlighted how valuable people with a learning disability are in the workforce.

At Thera, we use Positive Behaviour Support to make sure a person is at the centre of their support. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is used throughout the Thera Group to support people to have a better quality of life.
