Scottish Protection Level changes

Posted 19/11/2020

The Scottish Government has announced changes to some of the Protection Levels.

In October the Scottish Government introduced the 0-4 Protection Level system, which tells you what you can and cannot do in your local area.

East Lothian and Midlothian are currently in Protection Level 3 but you will be moving down to Level 2 from Tuesday 24 November 2020.

The City of Glasgow, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, Stirling and West Lothian will move from Level 3 to Level 4 at 6pm on Friday 20 November.

Other areas will stay at their current level.
