The Quality Company, part of the Thera Group, believes that every person with a learning disability has a right to the best support to lead their lives the way they want to.
As the Executive Chair of The Quality Company, part of Michelle’s role will be to shape the board’s Non-Executive Directors. She will also be working with other Chairs throughout Thera Group to help develop their boards.
Working alongside The Quality Company, Michelle will be supporting the development of technology and ensuring that communications are accessible for the people supported by Thera.
Michelle said: “I like that Thera do what they say they do: the organisation does exactly what it says on the tin. Thera are very person centred and they are all about the person who is being supported.”
