Wellness Wednesday'sThera East and Thera East Anglia have teamed up to keep people active in lockdown with ‘Wellness Wednesday’s! The programme will run for a total of 8 weeks and aims to boost the morale of Thera’s staff and people supported. During this unusual time it is important to find activities that keep you motivated as well as active.

These sessions, nicknamed ‘Dolphin Fit’, run on Zoom every Wednesday with a variety of fun fitness activities for all abilities!

The sessions are run by Bridie Stanford, Executive Assistant for Thera East.

My personal background is as a fitness instructor, so I was happy to lead Wellness Wednesday’s. We started as an 8week program and will review from there. Currently we are on week 4 and have implemented a mix of different classes. We are very much focusing on getting to know people and incorporating easy-t0-follow routines to get people moving! Week 2 we kicked off with some fun dancing and week 3 we added in some boxing. This week we did a stretch workout to relax.
