Exciting opportunity to be a Non-Executive (Voluntary) Director – reasonable expenses paid
Annual time commitment of a minimum of 8 days per year.
Thera East Anglia is a non-profit organisation now working in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, supporting adults with a learning disability. It is a trading subsidiary of Thera Trust which is a registered charity.
Thera East Anglia was rated outstanding by its regulator, the Care Quality Commission.
We are looking for local people in our areas with the skills and dedication to support our executive team to run the organisation. You will help us to continue our support work and to develop our strategy for the future.
You will bring one (or more!) of the following:
- Background in learning disability (lived experience, family/carer or professional)
- Training and development
- Care and Support
- Health and/or medical experience
- People management
- All with the passion to be part of an innovative provider of high quality care and support.
Experience at a senior/board level would be advantageous but not essential.
