Wellpoint brought along their Wellpoint Kiosk, which uses state of the art technology, to Thera’s office on Friday 19 July 2019. The kiosk provided staff the opportunity to check their weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, blood pressure and heart rate. For staff aged over 25, it also checked their risk of cardiovascular disease and heart age.
Leaflets on healthy living and nibbles were provided for individuals to have a read for further support whilst they discovered some new, healthy snacks after they’d received their health check.
