Unity Works’ Employment Team has been shortlisted for Team of the Year at ERSA’s Employability Awards announced on Employability Day 2020.
Now in their 8th year, ERSA’s (Employment Related Services Association) Employability Awards recognise training and employability organisations from across the UK for the work that they do in providing innovative support to job seekers in their progression in to work.
The Team of the Year award looks to recognise a team of frontline staff which has ‘demonstrated outstanding commitment in meeting and exceeding the delivery aims of an employment provider’. Our Employment Team were shortlisted for their adaptability during COVID-19, complimented by detailed local and sector knowledge and a good reputation with partners.
Unity Works also nominated London Zoo for Youth Employer of the Year. London Zoo were subsequently shortlisted for the work that they do in supporting young people studying at Lambeth College into volunteering and jobs.
The winners of the ERSA Employability Awards 2020 will be announced on Wednesday 22 July.
