My Career
A 6 week course exploring pathways and steps needed to build and pursue your chosen career. This course will take place at the Eltham Centre.
Being the Best Me
A 8 week course about taking care of mental health and well-being, exploring potential; setting attainable goals. This course will take place via Zoom.
Quids In
A 8 week course about money management and budgeting. This course will take
place via Zoom.
Culture and History
A 8 week course about exploring personal identity, local history and developing research skills. This course will take place via Zoom.
Mindfulness and Meditation ( 1 day workshop)
A 1 day introductory workshop about learning techniques to deal with worry, be focused, calm and in the present moment. This course will take place at the Eltham Centre .
