Our ‘One Moment’ cards are credit card size folding booklets that were developed by our Employee Consultative Committee back in 2018.
The purpose of the cards was to create something for our staff teams that they could carry with them that could provide some advice, encouragement and support at a time when they might need it.
These were updated in 2022 and reissued to all our existing staff member – they are also given to all new starters.
It only takes ‘one moment’ to make a difference in the life of someone that is struggling and we hope these cards can support that to happen.
