Millie, a young woman supported by Thera East, has discovered a passion for helping others and volunteers to feed homeless people in her community.
Thera East supports people with a learning disability in Essex and Suffolk.
Our vision is that people with a learning disability can be leaders.
Our Service Quality Director, Graham Skidmore, has a learning disability. He checks that you get good support from Thera East.
We can help you to be happy, healthy and independent.
We can support you in your home and in the community.

The A-Head Club is a space for people with a learning disability to take part in low-cost weekly activities in or around Bury St Edmunds.
Thera East has a board who are locally accountable and responsive to the needs of the people we support and our staff teams.
