Thera South West supports adults with a learning disability in their own homes and in their local community across the south west of England.

We believe that everyone we support should have the opportunity to be fully in control of their life, regardless of how complex their needs might be.

Our Service Quality Director, Sam Holman, has a learning disability. Sam visits people to talk about their support. He reports back to the Thera South West Board to tell them what is going well and what could be improved. Sam makes sure that you have full control over your life and that your needs and wishes are being listened to.
