Being Heard is run through coffee shop meetings, where you can get together with others and talk about the things that are important to you.
Being Heard wants to make sure that:
- You understand that you have the right to be listened to.
- You and your support staff know about advocacy services.
- Your support staff know how to support you to be listened to.
- You are supported to be a Company Member if you want to be one.
Your Service Quality Director is responsible for running Being Heard.
