Rachael Robertson

Deputy Managing Director

As Deputy Managing Director for the South East region, Rachael works closely with colleagues, people supported, families and stakeholders to drive high-quality support, continuous improvement and positive outcomes. She is committed to promoting Thera's values and ensuring that people are at the heart of everything the organisation does.

Graham Skidmore

Service Quality Director

Graham has been a Service Quality Director since 2007. He works alongside the Managing Director to run the South East Region. Graham and his Executive Assistant visit people supported in the region to make sure they are happy with their support and share helpful information with them.

Leanne Neville

Executive Assistant

Leanne started working for Thera East in 2026. Before this, she has had over 15 years’ experience in similar roles. Leanne really enjoys visiting the people we support with Graham and being able to support any changes needed to improve how we support people supported in the South East.

Alison Knight

Personal Assistant

Alison has been Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of the South East region since 2006. With a background in administration and HR, she provides vital support to colleagues across the organisation. She has met many inspiring people throughout her time at Thera and enjoys the variety and challenges that each day brings. Alison is known for her positive approach, attention to detail, and ever-present smile.

Rebecca Axford

Operational Manager

Rebecca brings 25 years of experience in social care and has been a proud member of Thera for the past 3.5 years. Throughout her career, she has been committed to leading with integrity, empowering others and driving continuous improvement to ensure people receive high-quality, person-centred support.
As a leader, Rebecca is passionate about developing confident, capable teams who share a commitment to enabling people to live the lives they choose. She believes that strong leadership is about creating a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and inspired to achieve the very best outcomes for the people they support.
Rebecca is excited about the upcoming changes in Thera Trust and is dedicated to championing Thera’s vision, mission and values by promoting choice, independence, inclusion and meaningful opportunities for everyone. She is committed to working collaboratively with colleagues, people supported, families and partners to drive innovation, strengthen practice and ensure every person has the opportunity to thrive as an active and valued member of their community.

Jayne Sutherland

Operational Manager

Jayne has worked in social care for over 30 years, including 20 years in management positions. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of settings, supporting both children and adults, including people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, homelessness, and behaviours that challenge.

Jayne is passionate about advocating for the people we support, helping them to achieve their personal goals and the best possible outcomes. She is equally committed to empowering staff teams to provide high-quality support and make a positive difference in people's lives.
