Mark Pearce

Managing Director

Mark is The Camden Society’s Managing Director. As Managing Director, Mark has responsibility both operationally and strategically for the whole of The Camden Society and works closely with the board and staff at all levels. He ensures that the team are working towards achieving Thera's vision.

Oliver Smith

Service Quality Director

Oliver works closely with people supported, staff and The Camden Society board to ensure we achieve Thera’svision and help people make their own choices. Oliver uses his own experience of having a learning disability to make sure The Camden Society provides quality care and support.

Jaiwanda Patel

Executive Assistant

Jay originally studied fashion and design at the then Leicester Polytechnic and went onto set up her own clothing company in Leicester for 16 years. Following a career assessment, she went into youth and community work and has over 20 years' experience in empowering and providing opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to develop and enhance their lives.

Aimee Bidwell

Personal Assistant

Aimee first joined Thera as a Training Assistant in September 2006 and has worked in a variety of positions since then. For the last 3 years, she has been a Personal Assistant for The Camden Society and thoroughly enjoys her role.

Alex Lucas

Operational Manager

Alex has worked in the health and social care sector for 14 years as a support worker and a locality manager. She has two children and loves dogs! She has three herself and volunteers for a bulldog rescue. Alex's passion in her role is enabling people to live the lives they choose.

Louise Woodward

Operational Manager

Louise began her career with people with a learning disability as a support worker in 1999, and joined Thera as a team leader in 2010. She enjoys working within The Camden Society and is passionate about having a positive impact on the lives of the people we support.

Gail Hill

Operational Manager

After a career in quantity surveying, Gail started working with people with a learning disability in 1994 in the NHS, firstly as a Support Worker and then in various management roles. She joined The Camden Society in 2012. She particularly enjoys supporting people with complex needs. In her spare time she lets off steam by racing her Jaguar and Mustang around the UK.
