Being Heard

Being Heard is Thera’s way of empowering and supporting people to say how they feel. Being Heard makes sure you understand you have the right to be listened to.

Being Heard wants to make sure that:

  • You understand that you have the right to be listened to.
  • You and your support staff know about advocacy services.
  • Your support staff know how to support you to be listened to.
  • You are supported to be a Company Member if you want to be one.

Your Service Quality Director, Andrew Bright, is responsible for running Being Heard in Thera North.

Andrew and your local Being Heard Champions organise fun events throughout the year. You can come to these events and learn more about Being Heard.
