Being Heard wants to make sure that:
- You understand that you have the right to be listened to.
- You and your support staff know about advocacy services.
- Your support staff know how to support you to be listened to.
- You are supported to be a Company Member if you want to be one.
Your Service Quality Director, Andrew Bright, is responsible for running Being Heard in Thera North.
