Kiran Kaur

Service Quality Director

I joined the Camden Society (London) back in September 2021 and was the Service Quality Director for about just over 2 years. Then started as Head of Development in November 2023, for about 9 months working in an equal role. Then I joined Thera Trust East Anglia in September 2024 as a Service Quality Director where I have been enjoying my role, and my experience of having a learning disability.

Keith Page

Executive Assistant

Keith supports the Service Quality Director in the East Anglia region. They travel across the region together, meeting the people we support and staff. Meeting people and seeing how we are supporting them to live independent lives is the best part of the job. Keith spent the first 35 years of his life supporting financial services, so what he does now is very different and very rewarding.

Sarah Ross

Personal Assistant

Sarah has been working as PA to the Managing Director of the East Anglia region since 2024, having previously been a PA within Thera Group since 2006. Sarah enjoys her role of providing support to operational staff and loves the times she is able to get out and meet the people supported and the staff that support them. She is proud to work for a company that really cares about people!

Justin Smith

Operational Manager

Justin has been an Operational Manager with Thera since October 2008. Justin works with teams to ensure that the support we provide is person-centred and a true reflection of Thera’s vision. Justin has been a PROACT SCIPr-UK® Instructor for over 26 years; as well as delivering this training, via the PBS approach he helps teams to support people with complex needs. A typical day for Justin would be visiting people in their own homes and helping the people we support by giving ideas to their staff teams so that they can improve the great work they do. Justin is committed to supporting teams so that people we support can have the best lives possible.

Nick Pooley

Operational Manager

With over 25 years in Adult Social Care and a proud member of Thera since 2015. Nick is passionate about Thera’s values and ensuring the people it supports are always at the heart of everything.
Outside of work, he enjoys Padel, spending time on the North Norfolk coast, and singing along to Luke Combs and Chris Stapleton.

Yvette Ferguson

Operational Manager

Yvette joined the team as an Operational Manager in April 2014 and has worked for Thera since September 2008. She has had the pleasure of supporting teams to ensure that we demonstrate our vision and values and provide individually designed, person centred support that meets people's needs. A typical day for Yvette would be visiting people in their own homes and inspiring new ideas within their staff teams so that the staff can improve the great work they do. Yvette says that she enjoys her work immensely.

Terri Dumont

Supported Employment Manager

Terri joined the East Anglia region in 2014 as a Deputy Support Manager. In 2018, she was appointed Supported Employment Lead for the company. At the time, supported employment was a new area of work for the East Anglia region, but one that was greatly needed. As Employment Support Manager, Terri leads employment projects that support adults and young people to find meaningful opportunities, whether paid or voluntary, while also exploring educational outcomes and building stronger community links.
Terri first joined Thera because she strongly identified with the organisation’s values and believes that leaders with lived experience bring invaluable insight that helps shape the direction and culture of the company. She values the opportunities that working for Thera has provided and enjoys being part of such a talented and compassionate team.

Graham Jaffe

Operational Manager

Graham has been with Thera for 17 years, starting as a Support Worker in Cambridgeshire. During his time in the organisation he has held the roles of Senior Support Worker, Team Coordinator and Community Support Leader, before having the opportunity to become Operational Manager in 2022.
Graham is typically out visiting the people we support. He regularly meets our local leaders and support staff to ensure we are delivering excellent person-centred support which leads to people having control over their lives.
Graham is a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® instructor and Positive Behavioural Support coach and this role has allowed him to meet many amazing people.
