Our Community Hub has been part of our offer and a well-known community space in Hereford for over 12 years. Our hub offers day opportunities to support social inclusion, enabling and empowering people with a learning disabilities to maintain positive health and wellbeing.
Our Community Hub is also a base for people having 1:1 support or who have support elsewhere and use the Hub as a space to gather and be involved in the community. It also provides people with learning disabilities, and children within the Hereford area with work experience opportunities within our Canal Boat café encouraging people with lived experience on their journey to work and supporting the next generation of social care workers in the Hereford area to gain valuable real life experience.
