Making a comment or complaint

We would like to know if you have something to say about Thera. We want to know if you are happy with your support and the work that we do.

If you are unhappy with your support or the work that Thera does, you can make a complaint. A complaint is a formal way of telling someone about what you are unhappy with.

We also want to know if you have any ideas on how we can make our work better.

You can make a comment or complaint by:

  • Sending a comment or complaint to us online.
  • Filling in a Being Heard comments card and giving it to your Service Quality Director.
  • Write down your comment or complaint and send it to your Service Quality Director.
