We will help you to work on the things you thought were most important. This might include making sure the good things in your life stay as they are. It will also include working with you, your friends and family, and your support staff to start changing the things you want to be different. This might include trying the new things you want to do.
We will also work out the detail of what support you need and how that will be organised.
