Being Heard is one of the ways you can have your voice heard at Thera. We want you to feel confident in speaking up about the things that are important to you.
Being Heard wants to make sure that:
- You understand that you have the right to be listened to.
- You and your support staff know about advocacy services.
- Your support staff know how to support you to be listened to.
- You are supported to be a Company Member if you want to be one.
Your Service Quality Director is responsible for running Being Heard in your area.
