Brightsparks: Building Positive Relationships Through Shared Support
Posted 11/04/2025
The Brightsparks group shows the impact that socialising and accessing the community has on people with lived experience of a learning disability.
Thera (Scotland) supports people with a learning disability across Scotland, including Edinburgh, Midlothian, West Lothian, Falkirk, North Lanarkshire and Highland.
We believe that people with a learning disability should have control of their own support and be able to live their lives as they choose.
Our Service Quality Director, Jordan Allan, makes sure that we deliver support which matches our vision. He also makes sure that people we support can have a say in how Thera (Scotland) is led and managed.
We can support you in your own home and in your local community.
We are regulated by the Care Inspectorate. View our latest report.

The board, along with the Managing Director and Service Quality Director, prepare Thera (Scotland) for the future whilst ensuring the quality of what we do.
