During lockdown Luke, who is supported by Thera East, was due to attend a Daniel O'Donnell concert in Southend. The concert was cancelled because of COVID-19.

Recent funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund (distributed by The National Lottery) has enabled Unity Works to purchase 41 tablets to distribute to the people we support so that they can get online and take part in our programme of activities.

Justin Smith, Operational Manager for Thera East Anglia has been helping to promote access to parkrun for people with a learning disability and/or autism.

Michelle has been a Non-Executive Director for Thera East Anglia since 2018. Michelle heard about Thera through Lorna, the Managing Director for Thera East Anglia, when they did joint work together and attended the same meetings.

Peter is a Non Executive Director for Thera South West. As part of the Board, Peter uses his experience of having a learning disability to ensure that Thera South West is led and managed well.
