Meet the Team

Terri is the project manager overseeing supported employment in Thera East Anglia. Having worked within adult social care for over 15 years in Cambridgeshire, in this time she has built excellent relationships with commissions and stakeholders.

Terri is passionate about supporting adults with a learning disability to fulfil their potential and have equal access to paid work.

Eloise is one of our Job Coaches and previously worked in a Cambridge Sixth Form College as a Careers Assistant - helping students secure work experience placements, school leaver programmes and apprenticeships. She also brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience as a Senior Support Worker, assisting adults with a learning disability.
