Supported Employment

We support people with a learning disability, working in partnership with employers, job centres and colleges, local authorities and third sector organisations.

We support people with a learning disability, learning difficulty and/or autistic people to find work and training opportunities. We work in partnership with employers, job centres and colleges, local authorities and third sector organisations to create these opportunities and skill up teams and line managers through disability awareness training.

We support people to identify appropriate job opportunities and develop a plan for securing employment, based on their skills, interests and aspirations. Our team of Employment Advisors guide people through any application or interview process and provide in-work support to help people develop their career.
