We support people to identify appropriate job opportunities and develop a plan for securing employment, based on their skills, interests and aspirations. Our team of Employment Advisors guide people through any application or interview process and provide in-work support to help people develop their career.

Worktrain Greenwich
Supporting residents of Royal Borough of Greenwich with a learning disability and/or autism over the age of 18 to find work, volunteering opportunities and develop their careers. Working in partnership with Volunteer Centre Greenwich, Gllab and Advocacy in Greenwich, we engage with local employers to support people into work.

Waltham Forest Works
Supporting residents of Waltham Forest with a learning disability and/or autism, we support individuals on a one to one basis and through group workshops to help them develop the employability skills and confidence needed for employment.
We also engage with local employers and work closely with local partners including jobcentres, the Waltham Forest Learning Disability Team and local authority to help bridge the employment gap and help create pathways into sustainable employment.

Southwark Works
Working with Toucan Employment and Bede House, we work with Southwark residents with a learning disability/difficult and/or autism to find work. This service offers individuals practical support to gain skills and confidence to work towards finding sustainable employment.

College Partnerships
Working in partnership with Lambeth and Westminster Kingsway College, we work with students who are looking to take their next step into employment. This service is open to any student with a learning disability who is currently attending one of our partner colleges.
