Prior to joining our organisation, Matthew started his career supporting people with a learning disability by setting up and monitoring the performance of advocacy groups.
As Group Executive Director for Equal Leadership and Innovation, Matthew’s areas of responsibility include company membership and ensuring that the quality of support Thera provides is monitored, and that people are fully involved in the planning and delivery of their support. He also sits on three trust boards; The Quality Company, Forward Housing and Equal Futures.
In his spare time he enjoys socialising and going to see his favourite football team (Leicester City).
