Nicola has over 35 years in occupational health and safety, risk management and environmental management. She is also an IRCA accredited auditor in ISO management systems ISO 9001 (Quality Management ) and ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management. She is Deputy CEO of PHSC plc and is one of the two founders of PHSC plc who has built the business from its inception in 1990. It now has 3 divisions (Safety, Systems and Security) and is listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Nicola also has level 6 Diploma with Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
She sits on the panel with the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) for those applying for Chartered Membership and Chartered Fellowship of this national professional body. She was the first female Fellow of IOSH in the south of England. She is also author /contributor to several leading publications such as Croners (Walter Kluwer) and Lexis Nexus Butterworth Tolley “Tolley’s Health & Safety Management” publications.
