Phil is a Partner in a global consultancy, advising large organisations and governments on using technology to achieve their goals. He brings extensive experience of leading organisations through complex change, together with charity governance experience and a strong belief that organisations work best when they put people at the centre.

Phil began his career as a production engineer before moving into sales, marketing and business leadership roles in major companies. His governance experience includes serving on the Board of Thera East, as well as previously holding trustee, Chair and Deputy Chair roles in three charities supporting children and adults. He brings commercial, operational and governance experience, and believes strongly in combining clear organisational purpose with a practical focus on the people it exists to serve.
